Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the SLC Classes website or enrolling in any courses offered by SLC Classes. By accessing the Website, enrolling in a Course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Terms
1.1. Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "User," or "you") and SLC Classes ("SLC Classes," "we," "us," or "our").
1.2. Eligibility: By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.3. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Website and enroll in Courses, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
1.4. Course Enrollment: Enrollment in a Course is subject to availability and our acceptance of your registration. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to anyone for any reason.
1.5. Course Content: The content of the Courses, including but not limited to videos, text materials, assignments, and assessments, is for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Course Content without our prior written consent.
1.6. Payment: Fees for Courses are as specified on the Website or by SLC administration at the time of enrollment. All payments are to be made in the currency indicated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. You are responsible for any taxes or other charges related to your enrollment.
1.7. Refunds and Cancellations: Refund or cancellation is not accepted once you are enrolled to any of our courses.
1.8. Intellectual Property: The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of SLC Classes or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
1.9. User Conduct: You agree to use the Website and Courses in a respectful and lawful manner. You shall not: * Engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. * Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. * Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the delivery of Courses. * Upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute any harmful, offensive, or illegal content. * Engage in any form of cheating or academic dishonesty.
1.10. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Courses at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
1.11. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Website and Courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website or Courses will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
1.12. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLC Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or Courses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the relevant Course.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SLC Classes, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or Courses, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

1.17. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Specific Terms Regarding Certificate of Completion
2.1. Certificate Issuance: Upon successful completion of a Course, as determined by SLC Classes based on the specific requirements of that Course (which may include assessments, assignments, and participation), Students may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
2.2. Verification Requirement: To be eligible for a registration certificate of completion, applicants are mandatory to provide accurate and verifiable information as requested by SLC Classes for the purpose of identity verification and completion assessment. This may include, but is not limited to: * NIC/passport soft copy* * Full legal name. * Date of birth. * Contact information. * Submission of required assignments and assessments through the designated platforms. * Participation in any mandatory interactive sessions or activities. * Any other information deemed necessary by SLC Classes to confirm the Student's identity and successful completion of the Course.
2.3. Accuracy of Information: Students are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided for certificate issuance and verification. SLC Classes shall not be held liable for any errors or delays in certificate issuance due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Student.
2.4. Verification Process: SLC Classes reserves the right to implement verification processes to ensure the authenticity of the certificate of completion and the Student's successful completion of the Course. This may include, but is not limited to: * Requiring Students to complete assessments or assignments under proctored conditions (online or otherwise). * Utilizing plagiarism detection software for submitted work. * Contacting Students for further clarification or verification of their identity or submitted work. * Implementing digital security features on the certificates.
2.5. Revocation of Certificate: SLC Classes reserves the right to revoke a certificate of completion if it is found that the Student has: * Engaged in any form of academic dishonesty. * Provided false or misleading information for enrollment or certificate issuance. * Failed to meet the required standards for successful completion of the Course. * Violated these Terms and Conditions.
2.6. Certificate Format and Delivery: The format and method of delivery of the certificate of completion will be determined by SLC Classes and communicated to the Students upon successful completion of the Course. This may be a digital certificate, a physical certificate sent by mail (additional charges may apply), or a combination of both.
2.7. No Guarantee of Employment: A certificate of completion from SLC Classes signifies that the Student has successfully completed the requirements of the specific Course. It does not guarantee employment, specific career outcomes, or recognition by educational institutions or employers unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular Course.
By enrolling in a Course with SLC Classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the specific terms related to the certificate of completion and the mandatory verification requirements.
